The Beauty Business Society was inspired by a recurring problem that Ellirose, our founder, saw across the beauty industry — business owners were burning out while trying to manage everything themselves.

With over 15 years of hands on experience in beauty therapy, from boutique salons to large chains, Ellirose found her passion not only in beauty treatments but in leadership and team development. After stepping into management roles and seeing how businesses struggled with efficiency and team performance, she realised something had to change.

Elli noticed that many beauty salon owners were spending more time putting out fires and managing the daily grind than focusing on what truly brought them joy — leading their team and perfecting their craft. She knew that with the right systems and support, beauty businesses could achieve so much more, and their owners could finally reclaim the time to focus on what they love most.
